Auction Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Barnlog's auction platform. Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using our auction platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

1. Bidding on Barnlog

a. Who can bid on a Barnlog auction

You may place a bid on any auction item only if you can form a binding contract with the seller, you can create an account on Barnlog, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must provide us with accurate and complete payment information. If you open an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms and bind the entity to these Terms, and that you agree to these Terms on the entity's behalf. Some of our Products may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device. You agree that we may automatically upgrade those Products, and these Terms will apply to such upgrades.

b. Buyer's responsibility

By placing a bid in an auction, you are indicating that you have researched the item you are biding on and are agreeing to pay the bid amount at the close of the auction if you are the highest bidder. All responsibility for execution of this agreement lies between the seller and the buyer. Buyer agrees to abide by the terms of the seller's contract.

c. Bidding errors

You should make sure to review all bids before and after submitting. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, or make a gross error you must immediately contact Barnlog by email at We may not be able to reverse your bid. We will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to be outbid. If you bid on the wrong item we will not reverse your bid. We will not reverse bids after the auction has begun to close, there will be NO exceptions.

2. Winning an Auction

a. Transportation of goods to buyer

Unless stated otherwise within the auction, the buyer is responsible for all costs and arrangements of transportation associated with the auction item.

b. Payment by the buyer

At the conclusion of the auction a notice will be emailed to the highest bidder. They will have three banking days to adjust their specified method of payment before a transaction is processed for the full amount of the bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment may be made in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Diner's credit cards, or by direct bank transfer. In no case may any or all of the purchase price be paid directly to the seller by the buyer. Any such payment will not be valid or entitle the buyer to obtain the goods or service.

c. Releasing of goods purchased

The seller shall not release the goods auctioned to the buyer until the buyer has made full payment of their winning bid to Barnlog and the funds have been verified. Once bidding concludes, and Barnlog has collected payment from the buyer, Barnlog will send the Buyer Confirmation Form (BCF) to the seller to complete the transaction.

d. Defaulting on purchase

If any person shall win an auction and not pay for it as prescribed above, Barnlog and/or the seller shall have the right to resell the item or at their option bring legal action in which event buyer agrees to pay all cost of such suit together with reasonable attorney fees as fixed by the court. In the event of resale the defaulting buyer agrees to pay all costs of resale and price deficiency, if any. Interest of 1½% per month will be charged on the unpaid balance of any account not paid for as set forth in these conditions.

e. No guarantee of service

We try to keep Barnlog up and bug-free, but do not guarantee the auction platform or any related services will meet the buyer's requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. Barnlog does not guarantee real-time performance of any service or that it will execute all online or absentee bids.

3. Indemnity

If you use our auction platform, you agree to release Barnlog, its employees and representatives, and the sellers from any and all responsibilities, liabilities, obligations, claims, law suits, or legal proceedings arising from the sale of any item or service.

4. Additional Terms of Service

a. Extension of Barnlog's terms of service and privacy policy

By registering as a bidder, you are agree to Barnlog's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as well as any provisions listed here.

b. Privacy of your auction information

By providing Barnlog with contact and payment information, you are agreeing to allow Barnlog the use of said information. Your information will be used by Barnlog to contact you and for record keeping. Barnlog will not sell or give your information to any entity, except as required to complete transactions.
